I want to sit with you atop a mountain
Cuddling clouds so long we turn to boulders
We’ll nap on canyon walls
and we’ll bathe in raindrops that could hold a whole lifetime
We’ll have meadow for lunch
and dip our chips in the forest
Though cemented together, we’ll exchange love letters
and I’ll keep a box of them for when I’m sad
We’ll sit there
and watch every sunrise and sunset
We’ll laugh at the deer getting spooked by a tree branch
and sit content in togetherness and foreverness.
